Dennis's answers are correct but I would just like to add one point. Sparta's military power was destroyed by Thebes at the Battle of Leuctra in 371 bc, it therefore lost all power not only in Greece but amongst it's own slaves the helots.

Dennis is correct. Philip controlled all of Greece by the time his ex boyfriend kills him at his daughter wedding. Alexander is able to inherent a army and unified Greece.

- the creation of the Corinthian League, with Philip as hegemon.

(A) would be completely incorrect; Alexander the Great followed Philip.

(C) This was not the case as the Corinthian League was established specifically to contend with Persia.

(D) Sparta's end came with wars against Athens crippling their military reputation and dramatic decreases in population. Alexander eventually annexed Sparta peacefully near its end.
